A Real Estate Personal Shopper is a real estate advisor who works to help a client find the property they need.

A PSI works in the following way:

1. KNOW THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS

The first thing is to know the client's needs, in a personal meeting detail the needs and requirements of the property to be searched.

2. CONTRACT SIGNING

Once the client's needs are defined, a service contract is signed which describes the characteristics of the search, the contracted services and the PSI fees.

3.SEARCH

Once the order is signed, the PSI searches for properties that meet the requirements detailed by the client. Visit the properties that meet these requirements, and present the client with a document with a selection of them, from among which those who want to visit will be selected.

4.WE FIND PROPERTY

When interest is expressed in a specific property, and After investigating the legal and technical situation of the property, the price negotiation process begins. Once an agreement has been reached, the PSI prepares documentation for the signing of the different documents: reservation document and/or deposit and notarial deed.

5.POST-SALE

The PSI service does not end with the purchase of the property; It also advises you on all post-sales procedures: changes of ownership, delivery of documents to public organizations, technical consultations with our team, etc…
